At متجري, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains return and exchange terms.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products.
2. Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Personalized, perishable, or custom-made items may be non-returnable.
3. How to request a return

4. Return shipping costs
